What is The Baby Scoop Bundle?
The Baby Scoop Bundle is a mystery gift box filled with carefully curated baby products. Available in 6-, 10-, and 14-capsule formats, each box is gift-ready and packed with surprise items perfect for new parents.
Boxes
Can I add additional capsules to my order?
Currently we do not have an option for additional capsules. Our boxes are available in 3 sizes: 6, 10 & 14 capsules. Although additional capsules may become available in the future.
Can I request the items I want/don’t want in my box?
Our boxes are mystery scoops by design. So we do not take requests on items you would or wouldn’t like. However if there is something you really do not want to receive, please leave a note at checkout, and we will do our best to ensure we curate the perfect box for you.
Can I request an all pink/blue box?
We do not offer a full pink or blue box. Not all our categories are available in pink or blue colours. However if a note is left at checkout, we will do our best to ensure as much pink or blue is included, depending on stock availability.
Can I request a box for a girl/boy?
Yes, you can request a girl/boy box. Please leave a note at checkout and we will curate a gender appropriate box. Boy boxes will include colours such as blue/green/brown/cream etc. Girl boxes will include colours such as pink/purple/cream/floral etc. Colours are not guaranteed and depends on stock availability.
Can I request different sized clothing?
Our boxes are currently aimed at 0-3 months. If you require clothing (babygrow/vests) at a larger size 3-6 months, 6-9 months, please leave a note at checkout. We do have 3-6, 6-9 available, although currently stock is limited.
Can you request not to have a new baby card included?
Yes, you can request not to have a new baby card included. This maybe because it’s a gift for yourself and would not require a card. Please leave a note at checkout. If not stated at checkout, a baby card will be included with every box.
Can you write the new baby card for me?
Yes, if you are sending the box as a gift and would like the new baby card written for you, we can do that. Please note the card will be hand written and not printed. Please include what you would like your card to say in the notes at checkout.
Do you do boxes for twins?
We do not currently have a box for twins. Please contact us beforehand if you are purchasing one box for twins. We will do our best to curate a slightly different box more suitable. For example a box may include two babygrows, two dummy cases, two vests etc.
Why are your products named differently?
We are UK based, and we are asked frequently on social media why some of our categories have different names. For example – Baby Vest – Onesie. Babygrow – Sleepsuit, Dummy Case – Pacifier Case, Bunting – Pennants, Cot Pocket – Crib Storage.
Box value?
We do not put a value on our boxes by product worth. Our boxes are priced on the experience of a mystery baby scoop bundle, providing a fun way to receive baby items, as well as the ease of having a baby bundle picked and packed for you.

Is there a list of categories?
Yes, we have a full up to date list of our current categories on our website here.
Where do your products come from?
We have taken a lot of time to source our products. We use a range of children wholesalers. As well as smaller independent brands selling at wholesale. Some of our clothing is ex-chain store and may have a new label stuck over the original. This does not affect wear or look of the item. Please note our products will change within each categories over time. This is affected by the stock availability at our chosen wholesalers.
What bonus items do you have?
We have 6 current bonus items; Nursery Organiser, Fabric Storage Basket, Teddy, Baby Clothing, Buggy Bag & Buggy Mit. Our bonus items come with the 10 & 14 scoop boxes, and are selected by the roll of a dice. Our bonus items may change in time, depending on product availability.
Can I request which bonus item I receive?
Bonus items cannot be requested. Our boxes are mystery by design, we select each bonus item from the roll of a dice, it’s part of the fun!
Can I have a box with all categories?
No, we currently have 40 baby categories and do not offer a box with all 40 capsules. We sell 3 box sizes: 6, 10 & 14 capsules.
How many capsules are in the basket?
We have 40 capsules in the basket. One for each category, so you do not get duplicate items in your box.
Can you make a video showing all items available?
We have a full list of current categories here. We have decided not to create a video showing all items, as we feel it would ruin the mystery appeal! Our stock within each category is ever changing, and a video would not accurately show current available stock.
Videos
Where will my packing video be posted?
If you order a packing video with your scoop, it will be posted on our TikTok and Facebook social media pages. Please leave your TikTok account name in the notes at checkout if you would like to be tagged on your video.
Can I request a different name for the video board?
Yes, please leave the name for the video board in the notes at checkout. This name will also be used for the video caption. If you do not include a different name, the order name will be used. If you have not left a note, but would like the name to be changed, please contact us here. However a name change is not guaranteed, as your box may have already been filmed.
Why do videos go out of stock?
We only make a small amount of videos available to order on our website. This is to ensure we do not create a backlog of customer packing videos, and in turn causing a delay in shipping out boxes. Each video takes time to film and edit. If videos are out of stock, and you would like to purchase one, please contact us and we can let you know when videos will be back in stock.
When will I know my packing video is uploaded?
We will send you a notification via email to let you know your packing video has been fulfilled and uploaded on our social media. This is sent the same time as the upload.
Shipping
Can you send the box to a different address as a gift?
Yes, we can send your box to a different address. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. We ship to the delivery address and not the billing address.
Can I order more than one box?
You can order more than one box on one order but would need to be sent to the same shipping address. The shipping charge will increase at checkout; shipping is based on the weight of our boxes. If you require each box to be sent to different locations (for gifting for example) 2 separate orders would need to be placed, each with their own shipping costs. If you would like more than 2 boxes, please send us an email for shipping quotes.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Will you ship to my country?
Please see our shipping policy for current shipped to countries; if your country is not listed please contact us to see if shipping is possible and for a shipping quote.
Are tax and duties included in shipping?
Tax and duties are included in the shipping cost to the USA. However it is not included in the rest of the world shipping. Please take a look at our shipping policy.

I sent a message on social media, but didn’t receive a reply?
We receive a lot of messages on our social media pages, and sometimes we do not see comments. If you have a question or a query about your order. Please use our contact page. Our mailbox is monitored throughout the day, and we will respond promptly.
