Refund & Return Policy

At TheBabyScoopBundle, we pour love and care into every mystery scoop we create for mums and babies. Because our products are specially curated mystery items, we maintain a limited returns and refunds policy as outlined below. Please read carefully before making your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. This applies regardless of when the issue is discovered.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Return Eligibility

For non-defective items, we accept returns only if they are requested within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the items you received.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All items originally sent must be present in the return package.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and not tampered with.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

If any item is missing, opened, or used, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 48 hours for inspection.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval (depending on your bank or payment provider).

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Video Add-On

Personalised video add-ons are custom-made for your order and are non-refundable once created. If you receive a defective or incorrect video, we will remake it at no charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You are unhappy with the mystery items received (since all purchases are mystery scoops, contents are a surprise by design).
  • Items are opened, used, or show signs of tampering.
  • Return is requested after 7 days of delivery.
  • Package is returned incomplete.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different box size, please place a new order.
